I also wanted to leave a note for anyone who is trying to change images to a custom image (last part of Step #3): After you create the dashboard file, be sure to also change your Image File Source Type from XFIMageFileSourceType.ClientImage to XFIMageFileSourceType.DashboardFile when you are defining the pin.
