    Hello. You can create a custom cell style with custom number formatting using native Excel functionality and then apply it to a OneStream Quick View's Data Style property. 

    Create new Cell Style in Excel:

    Add Desired Custom Number Format to Cell Style:

    Add Cell Style to Quick View Data Style Property:

    Result:
