Question: We have a deprecated form showing in the workflow. Is there any way to remove it? The workflow is monthly but the form is being shown quarterly.
Answer
There is not an easy way to remove the deprecated form / hide it from being shown. It should stop being shown in subsequent periods based on workflow tracking frequency.
