Question: What is the best way to extract register data, specifically for Specialty Planning solutions? Users would like the option to press a button and download the register information and benefit from the formatting options that can be done with an Excel template.

Answer

• For the raw data, you can download as a CSV out-of-the box.
  However, the column order may not be the same as what was used in the Excel upload register template, and of course there is no formatting.
• Using an Extensibility rule, you could run a query that pushes the data downstream to another database.
