When creating a new task in Task Scheduler, the task will only run on the first scheduled StartDate/Time but won’t continue to run although set to a Daily Schedule without an expiration date.

 

Answer

This was a known bug at the time and was resolved in Version 6.3.

If on a prior version, the suggested workaround is to create 7 weekly tasks for each day of the week.
