Hi,
Is there a document that describes the upgrade process for clients hosted in the OneStream cloud?
What level of client testing is recommended and how is the testing and potential failover is handled, in case unexpected issues are encountered?

KS,
When you submit a ticket to upgrade we provide a list of items to be aware of/test when upgrading and a link to schedule your upgrade. An upgrade requires two hours of downtime. If we had to rollback, this would be an additional 2 hours of time.

KS - One thing that we have found through upgrading is that some Cube Views will provide different/incorrect results after an upgrade, depending on the complexity of the Cube View and what features it has used. We've noticed going from 5.0 to 5.3 for instance that the two versions treat Row Suppression on calculated columns differently, so the Cube Views had to be altered. Be sure to test & run all of your critical Cube Views in a development environment before upgrading production as OneStream won't test your custom reports.
