This error occurs when time out has occured with Okta.
Close the browser and start a new browser and you will be able to log in via OKTA.

I got the same error once and it wasn't goig away after closing the browser. So i went into Okta and logged off from there, then when I tried to login to the community again it prompted for credentials and it worked fine.

This issue seemed to happen more often the more people were logged in. On November 10 2021.
Khoros has increased the time,. "What I've gone ahead and done was increase the delta windows to allow for more time for the request to be handled, which has been the go-to solution for this issue.:
