We are getting the error below when trying to Process Reconciliations. It appears to point to a duplicate of some sort but we are unable to troubleshoot as the business rules are encrypted. Any ideas as to how to get to the root cause of this error and fix? Thanks
Error processing Data Management Step 'ProcessRecons_RCM'. Unable to execute Business Rule 'RCM_DataMgmtProcess'. An item with the same key has already been added.

I've had this error after upgrading. It's kind of like finding a needle in a haystack. In order to fix it, you will have to find the rec or recs that have duplicated documents and you will need remove those. No idea how that happens but that was the problem for us.

Were you able to figure out the root cause for this error. We are also encountering a similar issue while executing a Business Rule after we have upgraded to the release 7.4.1.
