I have tested what is in page 44, but it seems that we can't acces the "SharedConfirmationRules". Replicating the same code, even if the SharedConfirmationRules is created, will give this message :

"Unable to compile formula.

1) Error at line 35: Type 'OneStream.BusinessRule.SharedConfirmationRules.MainClass' is not defined."

(there are no intellisense as well)
