Hi Team,
The user unable to login into OneStream application. We have verified that all access has been setup.
But, after clicking of "External Provider sign in " we are facing the below "500 internal server error"

Is it that only one particular user is facing the issue or multiple users?
Which browser is being used which is leading to this 500 internal server?
Have you guys tried asking user to clear cookies and then access Onestream ?
Seeking help from server administrator might help.

Thanks for your response.
Only one user is facing the issue
we are getting that error on browser Edge.
Yeah. i have tried with clearing cookies. it is not worked.

Can we try asking the user to access OneStream via IE once?

we have tried and when we click on "External Provider sign in " it is going to Edge browse and getting "500 internal server error".

Hi Praveen,
Can you check if the user is logged on to the Edge browser with the user that is being used by OneStream? We have experienced that you need to be logged on to the Edge with the user that is being used to log the user into OneStream.
