Question: When a client is moving from an import process consisting of loading .csv files over to a direct connector, is there anything that should be taken into consideration when changing the data source on the existing workflow that was previously used to load the data manually?

Answer

•Be aware that if you go back and reprocess prior months that leveraged the previous load process then it will clear out the data from those intersections.

•These prior periods should be locked so data is not lost.

•Audit integrity should be maintained by creating a new import process (for the direct connector) then turn the previous import process to “false”.
