Hello OneStreamers,
I am about to install the HelpDesk from the Market place but in the documenation the first step is to check the OneStream Server Configuration Utility. I have just started using OneStream, having worked with SAP BPC before. We have a cloud instance. My question is how do I go about getting to the OneStream Server Configuration Utility?

Hi Gert,
Are you using on Prem or OS Cloud? If OS cloud, you will not have access to change the config file. You need to contact OS with a support ticket.
That being said, I presume you want to check if your status on Ancillary Tables.
Go to Environment and Select the Application Server Sets. In There you should see the rights on the Ancillary Tabels needed for Helpdesk Solution.

Indeed, I needed to see the setting, but good to know that any change requires a ticket. Thanks so much!
