Hi,
has any of you been able to use the Weight field, which is in the Calculation plan page in the People Planning marketplace solution, with a value different from 1?
I have tested it and whatever value I insert there it seems not to change the numbers calculated by the allocation methods. I would expect the calculated amounts to double for example if I insert a weight of 2.
The only thing it seems to do is adding the string to the Register description in the calculated data.
Am I doing something wrong, or is it an issue with the PPL MarketPlace solution?
Thank you

Weight isn't intended to work for Expression or Expression (ZP) allocation's value types, but I agree, it would be nice, if it would.

Hello,
I believe the Weight field only applies if the Allocation Method is of type [Wage Percentage].
I just tried it now, and it certainly works on GolfStream example for the Allocation Method like 100_Salary.
Output
Also PLP solution won't work if you have a user configured with any culture setting (e.g. French, German, etc..) that uses a comma as the decimal, because these fields in the Drivers/Allocations/CalcPlans are all text boxes and are oblivious to the culture code of the end-user when inputting things like a weight.
