I have seen the same issue (post references images where no images are displayed) in numerous other posts I was looking at over the weekend.  I suspect this began when the new community platform was launched.  agoralewski

This is an issue we're working to try and solve. Some images have been restored but unfortunately not all of them yet. Sorry it's slow progress!
