24 Month PLP Dataset - Import to cube

    If you have a scenario where you need to plan across multiple fiscal years, then you need to go to Application Properties and set Allow Loads After Workflow View Year to "True".

Thank you so much!  I was trying to figure out where that setting was and thought it was on the scenario, didn't realize it was the application properties.  I really appreciate the reply.
