Blocking Consolidation of an archived scenario

Is there a way to block running consolidation or any other calculations on a specific scenario both by the end-user and by the administrator? This limitation is to be applied only to the one archived...

Are you running standard consolidation?  Once data has been archived anyone changing it?

    If by standard consolidation you mean running consolidation using Data Management step, then yes.
