Forgot password

Hi, do you know where can I find the Forgot Password option?

    Your screenshot indicates that you're using an SSO option in OneStream. You would maintain that password independently of OneStream.

      Hi Chul, Thanks for your comment. In the case of users that need to sign in manually instead of SSO and the user forgot the password, do you know where is the Forgot Password option?

        In that case, the user would need to contact the administrator to have them reset their OneStream password. There's no button/link to notify the administrator. Sounds like a possible IdeaStream post...
