Hi Michael,
How are you loading the salary data to PLP Register? Is it through SQL procedures or manually or any other way?
When you say Administrator, is it the User Administrator or Administrators group that you create in the company?
When you are setting up PLP, you have options to define the Access/Maintenance group for Ancillary tables.
To achieve what you are saying, I believe it would be a combination of settings and access setups on the workflow as well.
Like you can assign the Security group (View Employee name or manage calculation)
You can play around with these settings and see if any of it helps.
I am trying to create a workflow for some regions where they would be able to add New Hires but would not be able to see any other employees in their regions, will share the details if it comes out well and if it can help your scenario in any way.
