How to get Windows OS app after Windows 11 update?

Hi,&nbsp;Ever since some of your users shifted to windows 11, they cannot access OneStream web-based platform any more, because Internet Explorer is not compatible with Windows 11. So, they cannot downloaded the windows OS app any longer.&nbsp;Have you guys already experienced this?&nbsp;How did you overcome this obstable?&nbsp;Thanks a lot for your support.&nbsp;Best,Chris

I believe the official way forward is to use the Desktop client.
