How to prevent Consolidations in specific year and scenario

Hi, I want to block Consolidations in prior year Forecasts and Budgets, as these should always be static.  I've already locked all Workflows,  but I'm still worried that Admins can run consolidatio...

Beeswing77  -  My 2 Cents As far I know you can control it but not prevent.

1. You can restrict the consolidation running from CV. In the Scenario settings but it cannot be set it by year. 

2. Try the DM Event Handler if there is an option to control the consolidation because you can execute the consolidation through DM.
