Try replacing "App" by "Web" at the end of the address.

As Carlos said, the "path" that you append to the domain:port part of the URL should be /OneStreamWeb. So your full URL (by your example text) should be:http://localhost:50002/OneStreamWeb

Also, I think you should be redirecting somehow to an external webpage. The "localhost" seems suspicious.
