In-Sheet Actions Excel Add-In
We have a consolidation button in the excel add-in that does not work. However, it works fine in Spreadsheet. This is in version 8.5. I've seen others have had this error but no commentary on a solution. Is this resolved in later versions or is there something to change in the excel add-in

I have tested this in the latest 9.1 release of the OneStream Excel Add-in and I was able to successfully add a new button and configure it to execute a consolidation DM Sequence and it worked without an issue. In 8.5 are you receiving an error adding the button? I was initially receiving an error when attempting to add a button and found that it was related to my Excel Trust Settings and set them to "Prompt Me Before Enabling All Controls With Minimal Restrictions" and it allowed me to add the button successfully. I then executed it and it ran my DM Sequence without an issue.

So weirdly - no error, it's almost like the button functionality is completely not there in excel add-in. The same excel when I open it in the spreadsheet works fine. I tried updating my prompt setting you had and that didn't do anything either. Maybe this is just an 8.5 issue then
Actually - just fully closed excel after making the prompt me change and it works now! Thank you so much!
