Random Letters when Uploading a file
When I try to upload my file it shows up like this,
and this is the excel sheet I am trying to upload:

You have selected an xlsx file as a sample import file for an Excel load. If the file you want to import is really an xlsx file then you must use the XFD template format. Search OneCommunity for XFD for more info or the Design and Reference guide (search for: Loading Data via Excel Templates or CSV)
If the source file format is not xlsx and you have just opened it in Excel, then you need to use the original file as a source.
