molly_lvc we are having this same issue but only for one user. I have just opened a case. Curious when you had this issue if they told you a root case or a way to solve it on your end?

Hi Denise, OneStream confirmed that this is a bug which been approved by the Development Team for a fix in a future release of OneStream. I would go ahead and submit a ticket with OneStream so that they know other customers are seeing this issue. They added my ticket to the bug notes, so hopefully they could do the same with yours and expedite the release of the fix.
