SQL Table Editor

I am currently working on a SQL Table Editor component in Workspaces and would like to know if it is possible to dynamically change the background color of a cell after a user edits its content (e.g. highlight the updated cell in a different color). Is this functionality supported in the SQL Table Editor? If so, please share how to implement this behavior - either through a business rule, parameter or any available UI configuration.

Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
