Hi Will - We are running into the same issue with task manage email notifications. Were you able to identify a workaround other than using another task type that requires users to manually update the task status?

Hey,

Not really from a Task Manager standpoint. We created a business rule to send us a notification once an entity certifies, so we just go on that. Hopefully something down the line will fix this problem.
