Text Box Component - Input Mask

Does anyone know if we can assign an Input Mask to Text Box components? Using version 8.5.4, I have a few dashboards that make use of Text boxes for data collection and I don't see a way to assign ...

    Cosimo,

    I was taking a look at this today and I do not see a way to have an input mask for the Text Box Component.  You could put a tool tip that outlines the format that you want to have for the text box itself

    Enter your Text in the following format #,###.00 as an example, but there is not an option for this.

    Yeah that's what I thought. Bummer. Any chance we can bump this to Ideastream and maybe see this being implemented in the future?
