Ability to format cell values as bars & values in table in Report component

Is it possible to format cells inside a table in a report component so that the value displays as both a bar and a value similar to how it looks in the BI Viewer grid component in the image below? I ...

I don't think you can do that, at least not easily. You could maybe approximate it with a bar chart laid out horizontally.
