Audit Reporting

Audit would like reports on activity regarding Business rule changes made by the administrator. The Task Activity reports give all activity in the system but since we have not made any changes to business rules yet, we don't know what to look for in the filtered details of the "Task Type". Is there somewhere we can get a list of all the possible activities that could be listed so that we can pick and choose the activity types the audit would like to focus on? And, if not intuitive, what is the type for changes to Business Rules?

    Standard Application Reports can be downloaded from SolutionExchange and uploaded into your application. Once you have that, there is a Business Rules Audit Report Group where you can view reports on all business rules that have been added, updated, and deleted.
