Column suppression based on the column data

Hi Team,

Please help us if any possible way for below requirement.

I have multiple rows and columns. here, If Variance column (column D) has the data then Actual column (B) should be populated for that Entity1 . If Variance(column H) has the No data then all column (F,G,H) should be suppressed for that Entity2, I have tried CV suppression setting but it is suppressing the columns when the entire columns have zero or No data and also tried with "use to Determine Row Suppression" property, but no change on the suppression. Kindly let me know if any other setting needs to apply.
