Excel Addin Context Pane

Currently when we open excel the context pane automatically opens. Is there a way to disable so that it does not appear automatically?

    Hi,

     

    You can just turn it off by removing the tick on "Display Context Pane". See print screen below.

    I recommend users to add the context pane and refresh sheet to the quick access toolbar to leverage hot keys to toggle on/off

    Hi, 

    The only way to stop the context pane from loading when you open Excel is to disable the add-in (by unchecking the boxes via File > Options > Add-ins > Manage).
