How to format the rows, not to show + sign

Hi Experts,&nbsp;I am new to OS, I am looking for the format settings, where it should not show the +sign beside the rows. can any one advise - please&nbsp;Thanks in advace,Shivani Y&nbsp;

You need to click on the first grey cell; it'll have "Default" in the cell. However, when you use the expand all option, those "-" signs will show up.
