POV Parameterized Dimension versus Cube POV

How have you set up the View dimension parameter?  Can you post a screenshot of it?

    Good morning!  It is configured as a delimited list and not a member list, could that be the issue?

      I suspect the issue is related to initializing stuff for new users (occasionally, an extender might be required to set default values behind the scenes on first load), but in any case, that Parameter has no business being a Delimited List, it should definitely be a Member List.
