Similar issue here. We're in OS v. 8.4. Several quickviews exist in a shared excel file. After saving a new QV that works as expected, it cannot be found under drop-down on the QV pane, but its definition appears correctly under Name Manager.
When trying to create a new QV after the missing one, a sequence # is assigned (according to existing names on the drop-down) but since the name already exists under Name Manager, there's an error message saying the QV already exists, forcing us to change the QV name or removing the existing entries under Name Manager.
