Problem: Unable to Submit Comments within the #V Dimension due to Intersection Being Read-Only

    I think 2022 & Top need to be changed to base members. Are all of these base members?

    SWINC, SWCON, PRODUCT_REVENUE, DEPT

    Variance explanations are loaded just like number data, at base members, in local currency. Annual comments probably should go in 20xxM12, but I don't think you can put them at 2022.

Try Local instead of USD.
