is there any video available on 8.4 upgrades/features/enhancements?
Yes, there is release information for 8.4.0 available. You can find it on Navigator.
Login in to Navigator and browse for "8.4" in the field "Browse Our Full Catalog" and you should see the below tile show up:

that will be great to have technical insights. the navigator training video is very high level, which cannot be used for a technical team.
