You’ll need an event handler for the workflow completion one. Either way, is the email configured?

Try first within the BR simply to check if the Email settings in the backend server can send emails.

Hi Nicolas,
we tried with the Task manager and are able to send emails. so email settings are working as expected, but still, we are not getting notifications from RCM.
Best Regards and Thanks

Hi Darpan,
Since none of us are internal to your company and therefore can’t see the solution would you be willing to post it here so we can all learn?
Thanks,

Hi Andy,
for sure i like the community of learners in this forum! so I was working with Darpan on this issue and here the solution which is very simple:
We do have the RCM version PV630 SV100 so in order to receive notifications you should have an active role on the process, nevertheless on this version the default role is: viewer (viewer does not receive any notification) so when you activate the notify flag for your users make sure to update also the role they are playing. (please referrer to the below flow to understand it better).
