    Fiction!

    Any Scenario can be configured to use a custom Workflow Tracking Frequency, e.g. 16 months.

    Fiction.  In addition to the setting that bennovak pointed out on the Application Properties, you can have a Range Scenario with Start and End dates that go beyond 12 valid periods to load.

    Fiction, you can load to prior or future years by changing the green boxed selections to 'true'
