I was able to replicate this issue in the same application using a different period by following these steps:
- Captured data
- Ran the matching screen
- Set the IC transaction status
- Reverted the workflow
- Removed the data
- Ran the matching screen again
However, I cannot reproduce the “No Data” rows in another application (same accounts, matching parameters, and settings) using the above steps.
Any idea what settings could be causing this behaviour? I’ve compared both applications and cannot identify any differences. It appears that either one application is functioning correctly or the other is not.
