Is there a setting that needs to be changed to allow Zero's to loaded? When I load a file with zeros, those lines are stripped out in the staging table. I need to merge a file with zeros to replace the amounts currently in the system.

Yup - On the Data Sources page, click on the specific data source you want to load zeros for. Then click on the 'Amount' source dimension. Under the Numeric Settings section, change 'Zero Suppression' to False. That will allow you to load zeros in through import.
