There is no method to "push" data so to speak via a OneStream REST API and bypassing the Financial Quality Engine. Needs to be a pull from OneStream reaching out to D365.
What would be the method of reaching out to D365? A business Rule script, or process within?
Typically, you would use a connector rule BR, but there a few different options depending as well if you're D365 is on prem or in the cloud. Often times, clients also have a "syncing" mechanism between D365 and Synapse or Fabric so you could hit those endpoints as well.
