Onestream excel add in unable to refresh the data

Hello all,

After entering the data in excel add in, unable to refresh the data, excel page showing blank only, please help me on this issue.

    If you are using QuickView in Excel, please check the following:
    1. Check the QuickView POV and make sure a selection is made for all dimensions and it's not showing question mark.

    2. Go to QuickView Options and check the Suppression settings for rows and columns.
