Is it a matrix data source (where you have two columns with values)? This would get split into two rows if so

This is not the case on this import. Do you know of any other reason this could be happening. We are going to create a new excel file.

There are three text values that are being sent to the TextValue .

I would think these three value are simply being concatenated on your import under Text Value if i'm understanding your setup.
I personally cant think of any other obvious reason this would happen beyond derivative rules or matrix load. Are the two lines of data identical? what kind of data import are you using (delimited, fixed, connector, excel)?

This data import is excel.
