Did you end up finding a solution to this?  The application reports do not seem to be showing this and we have the same question coming up.

    Hello,

    I was looking for the same thing and found this in workflow.

    And you may find "Lock History".

    Hopefully this helps.

      That information is stored in the [TaskflowStepLog] SQL Table.

      It is possible to blend this data with the dataset returned from the existing Workflow Status Method Query (as per RPTA comments) with some creativity e.g. a DataTable Join
