Textvalue load in matrix Excel file

Hi all,

We are successfully uploading budget information in an excel template. This is a matrix load containing 12 periods of data. For each line the user can upload a textvalue. This is also working. However, the comment is uploaded to each month. However, if there is no data for a particular month (which can happen) the comments are aggregated. For example: I have data in 2024M4 and 2024M12 for the budget. It is a periodic budget. Now I have the comment 4 times in 2024M4 and 8 times in 2024M12. Is there a way in a matrix excel upload to upload the textvalue only for the last period?

What else could I do to overcome this issue?

    I would suggest to contact Support, because this sort of thing can be very specific to the file structure and the way the annotation field is mapped.
