Transformation rule showing up in validate step even though it has been deleted.

We have deleted certain transformation rule under 1:1 and while deleting, my other colleague was also updating the same transformation rule group.

All those rule are showing up in the validate step as an error even though they are deleted.

Error - > "Unmapped items" and then ask me to assign even though they don't exist.

How can i get rid of them ?  ( have tried extracting trx , in the extract file, it doesn't show up)
