IC Matching permissions

Good morning,

We're configurating IC matching permissions. When entity A sells to entity B and there's a difference in amount, user X must conciliate and match transactions.

X belongs to seller entity A, and he has permissions in A, but not in B. That’s why he can’t see any IC transactions, unless we give him permissions in B.

My question is: what are the minimum permissions in OS to give X the ability to do IC matching between A and B, but no more.
