We leverage MS Azure single sign on for OneStream.
It seems like lately we experienced an issue where users are not able to login using SSO.
Is this a known bug with version 7.1.3.14022?
The way the support team resolved it was do an IIS reset on the servers and disable/reenable SSO but we don't want to keep doing this.
Thoughts???

Please keep working with Support on this, mentioning previous cases. If it's a bug, it's probably solved in more recent releases (if you don't want to upgrade to v8 just yet, going to 7.4 should be pretty painless). If it's something else, they will want to know. Worst-case workaround is probably to put together a one-click script to run when necessary, to do the restart dance, or restart every day overnight.

Appreciate the feedback Jack. It sounds like something server side on the OneStream end. Is there a way to look at the other versions (current included) to see release notes?
