Underscore in member name not displaying in multiselect listbox

I am displaying a list of members in a listbox on a dashboard. With the format IsMultiSelect=False, the members with an underscore display correctly. When the format IsMultiSelect=True is used, the underscore in the member name is not shown. The listbox knows there is an underscore because I display the selections on the dashboard and they display correctly.

Before I raise a ticket with support, has anyone met this before and has a workaround? Or am I doing something stupid?

Thanks

In earlier releases, I've added two underscores as a display to make it appear correctly.

Can you show the Bound Parameter that is used in the List Box?

Here it is:

Thanks for looking...

Did a quick test and I am not seeing any issues. Are you able to share more details about the custom member list?

Dim MemberListstart As String = "E#Root.TreeDescendantsInclusive.Remove(None)"

    Dim objMemberListHeader = New MemberListHeader(args.MemberListArgs.MemberListName)

    'Read the members
Dim objMemberInfos As List(Of MemberInfo) = api.Members.GetMembersUsingFilter(args.MemberListArgs.DimPk, MemberListstart, Nothing)

    'Sort the members
Dim objMembers As List(Of Member) = Nothing
If Not objMemberInfos Is Nothing Then
' Get the Distinct values ie no duplicate members
objMembers = (From memberInfo In objMemberInfos Order By memberInfo.Member.Name Ascending Select memberInfo.Member Distinct).ToList()
    End If

    'Return
    Return New MemberList(objMemberListHeader, objMembers)

I replicated your member list and still not seeing any issue:

Hi Celvin

We are using 6.8 and this was fixed in 7.1.3. We are looking to upgrade anyway so this is another reason to do so. Thanks
