Cube Views
Cube Views are included for data entry and viewing. Modifying these Cube Views is permitted but may impact data collection and Form/Schedule rendering. Extreme caution is advised.
Note: It is recommended to retain all the original Cube Views. If a different setup for a Cube View is required, create a copy of the original Cube View.
Remember that the Forms / Schedules are dashboard driven and references a specific cube view through a Data Adapter. If you rename or create a new cube view, the associated dashboard data adapter may/will need to be updated.
There are a few CV’s (Sch 02, 03, 04 and 05) that show an explanation column. This column has been defined with the C#Local member so that when you change the currency from Local to USD, you still see the cell text comments. If you also need the ability to enter comments at the USD member, then remove the C#Local from the column.
Most of the cube views have the Default setting “ShowDimensionImages = False” which means you do not see a dimension icon in the column header or row header. This can be changed on a CV-by-CV basis.
